Nicole Dezen is Microsoft’s Chief Partner Officer, Corporate Vice President. She leads the Microsoft partner ecosystem and the Global Channel Partner Sales organization in Small, Medium, Enterprise & Channels (SME&C). As Chief Partner Officer, she has grown the Microsoft Partner ecosystem to become the largest in the industry, enabling more than 500,000 partners to deliver AI transformation to millions of customers in each segment, around the world. Through the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, our entire partner ecosystem is empowered to accelerate digital transformation, scale, business growth and profitability. Leading our Global Channel Partner Sales organization, Nicole and her team deliver the channel partner strategy and business performance, aligned to the ambitious goals in SME&C. Through the work with our extended ecosystem of channel partners, Nicole is advancing the capability of our CSP partners to become Frontier Firms, and deliver meaningful revenue, share growth and TAM capture with SME&C customers around the world. With more than 30 years of sales experience in tech, Nicole’s innate curiosity has led her from telecommunications sales to the CEO of technology startups, to leading Microsoft’s multi-billion-dollar commercial partner business today. Nicole joined Microsoft in 2007 and has held roles in the US, Asia and EMEA.
