Pradeep Raman is the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Success for the Cloud & AI Platforms Solution Area at Microsoft Corporation. In this position, Pradeep and his team are responsible for delivering on the mission of enabling the success of our customers across all industries by accelerating their AI-driven Digital Transformation. The team has accountability for the Usage, Consumption, and Market Share performance for Cloud & AI solutions across our Enterprise and Small, Medium, and Corporate customer segments.

Pradeep also leads the team that owns and operates the Cloud Accelerate Factory offering designed to jumpstart the Azure journey of customers at-scale through a Zero-cost hands-on delivery service from Microsoft. The Factory delivery model has been scaled over the past couple of years from a single pilot use case to now spanning all Azure workloads with global delivery capabilities that can also be leveraged by our Partners to scale the impact for customers.
