Title: Microsoft Foundry, Foundry IQ, and Important Updates from Microsoft Ignite 2025 Description: Microsoft Foundry is a unified Azure platform-as-a-service offering for enterprise AI operations, model builders, and application development. This foundation combines production-grade infrastructure with friendly interfaces, enabling developers to focus on building applications rather than managing infrastructure. Microsoft Foundry unifies agents, models, and tools under a single management grouping with built-in enterprise-readiness capabilities including tracing, monitoring, evaluations, and customizable enterprise setup configurations. The platform provides streamlined management through unified Role-based access control (RBAC), networking, and policies under one Azure resource provider namespace. Location: The meeting will be hosted in the Applied Information Sciences ( AIS ) office in Reston, at 11440 Commerce Park Dr # 600 · Reston, VA. The location is also right off the Silver Line metro's Wiehle-Reston Metro Station. Parking: Parking is paid and can be validated at the AIS office reception. We will meet in Room Lake Anne/Newport. He covered tools for generative AI, image classification, document processing, speech recognition, and even video and audio avatar generation. Andre also demonstrated how to get started using these services through various SDKs—particularly with Java. His session offered a practical, beginner-friendly guide to leveraging Azure’s AI ecosystem, with a playful nod to its futuristic potential. You will also combine the single agents to form a multi-agent system. You will then deploy, manage and secure the application on a Flex Consumption plan.
