In this talk, Scott will rant about why shift left needs to ship out and introduce shifting down (the new and better version of shift left). He'll discuss how we can empower our platforms (which everyone is already building anyway!) to make decisions developers shouldn’t have to make. By shifting the complexity to our intelligent platform with its nifty gadgets and gizmos - we can offload & automate all the things - such as security scanning policies (defined by security engineers!), generation of manifests, building and rebasing images (built by DevOps!), leverage policy languages and security prioritization frameworks like VEX to make our decisions and much more.

Apache Airflow relies on a silent symphony behind the scenes: its CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and development tooling. This presentation explores the critical role these tools play in keeping Airflow efficient and innovative. We'll delve into how robust CI/CD ensures bug fixes and improvements are seamlessly integrated, while well-maintained development tools empower developers to contribute effectively.

In this session, experts from Pulumi and Google Cloud will show you how to stand up networking and cluster components GKE Autopilot, configure CI/CD pipelines, and run an application that leverages multiple Google Cloud resources. We'll use Go programming language.

In this talk, we'll explore how Terraform can be used to automate and manage Elastic Cloud and self-managed Elastic Stack deployments with infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Whether you're running Elasticsearch clusters in the cloud or on-premises, Terraform provides a consistent, version-controlled, and repeatable way to deploy, scale, and manage your Elastic infrastructure. We'll cover: ✅ Key Terraform providers for Elastic (Elastic Cloud & Elastic Stack) ✅ Automating multi-cloud Elastic deployments (AWS, Azure) ✅ Cross-Cluster Search (CCS) & Cross-Cluster Replication (CCR) via TerraformManaging Elasticsearch configurations, index templates, and pipelinesBest practices for CI/CD integration & team collaborationReal-world use cases & lessons learned.
