Rajvi is Director of Marketing at JCDecaux UK, the market-leading Out-of-Home advertising company that is bringing new digital, targeted and measurable opportunities to the UK media market. Joining JCDecaux from a career in B2C marketing – including leadership roles at American Express, Paddy Power and Pentland Brands (Speedo, Berghaus and Ellesse), Rajvi leads a team that helps brands understand the role Out-of-Home plays in the media mix and how they can use the medium to grow their brand. Having launched the Digital Changemakers programme, including a podcast now reaching 16,000 marketing listeners, a new digital marketing hub for brands to access award-winning research and case studies, as well as an eLearning programme for marketers to upskill in Out-of-Home, Rajvi is focused on creating a new measurement suite to automate marketing reporting to optimise business outcomes. Rajvi believes in a work-life balance, is passionate about promoting diversity & inclusion in marketing and in her spare time acts a mentor to aspiring marketers.
