Federico Charosky is the founder and CEO of Quorum Cyber, an Edinburgh‑born, Microsoft‑first cyber security partner that protects 400+ organisations across four continents. With 20+ years’ experience across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, he has led Quorum Cyber through a period of rapid growth – including a 2024 investment from Charlesbank and the acquisitions of Difenda and Kivu – and to industry recognition as Microsoft’s Security MSSP of the Year 2025. .
