Lidia Daldoss – Vice President Service Digitization & AI Acceleration, Visa

Lidia Daldoss leads the Service Digitization function for the Global Client Services organization at Visa. She is responsible for digitizing the service experience across the entire client lifecycle, scaling both proprietary and third-party platforms and driving the AI transformation agenda for Client Services. In her 15 years at Visa, she previously held leadership roles in product management, corporate strategy and client consulting. Prior to joining Visa, she spearheaded the development of cutting-edge technology products and delivered strategic advisory to top-tier clients in the semiconductor and payments industries.

Lidia holds an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brescia, Italy.
