Bruno Quinart is the Data Domain Manager at Orange Belgium, where he leads the company’s transition to a cloud-native, real-time data architecture. With over a decade of experience in data strategy, analytics, and transformation, Bruno plays a key role in redefining how Orange uses data to drive agility, efficiency, and customer engagement.

Bruno has led several of Orange Belgium’s most ambitious initiatives, including the migration of legacy data warehouses and lakes to Google Cloud’s BigQuery and Spanner, the introduction of real-time streaming through Striim, and the deployment of scalable platforms for machine learning and event-driven architecture. His efforts have enabled Orange to unify fragmented data, improve operational responsiveness, and deliver more personalized, data-informed customer experiences.

Prior to his current role, Bruno served as Senior Solutions Architect, where he was instrumental in building the foundation for Google Cloud adoption and driving internal change across data teams. Today, Bruno focuses on aligning infrastructure with business needs to accelerate innovation and enable the future of AI-powered telecommunications.
