Piyush Mangalick is Vice President and Head of CoreAI’s Applied Engineering Team at Microsoft, leading forward deployed engineering teams to help customers and partners reach new heights with the help of AI and agentic innovations. With over three decades of experience in Silicon Valley, Piyush has held executive leadership roles at Meta and Instagram for 14 years, following senior positions at Google, Apple, Intel, and Accenture. In addition to his corporate leadership, Piyush is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded multiple ventures in AI, enterprise software, B2B, and C2C internet platforms. His work consistently bridges cutting-edge technology with real-world applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
